Welcome to Exerphy! I’m Darshana. My journey in the field of physiotherapy started 3 years ago and I’m here to help you gain optimal health and well-being that can help you excel in your career. 

Mission

According to recent researches, it is found that 81% of office workers have been experiencing musculoskeletal pain at atleast one of the four(back, neck, shoulder or wrist/hand) after working for long hours. Through this blog my  mission is to prevent and treat injuries and help them achieve their peak ability to work and optimize overall performance.

My vision is to redefine the role of physiotherapy in corporate community and personalizing care with the envision where employee of all levels can enjoy their passion for their work without compromising their physical health.                                             Beyond serving this community, I’m also committed to being an enhancer of positive change in society promoting awareness of physical therapy and ergonomics in life.
